We ship to virtually any address in the world. We provide FREE Standard shipping in Australia and FREE international shipping for orders of two gowns or more.

Gorgeous Hospital Gowns ship orders within one business day of orders being received, with delivery times dependent upon postal destination. Within Australia this is 1-2 business days; overseas destinations 2-8 business days dependent upon location and Regular/Express shipping option chosen. 

FREE Same Day Delivery to Canberra Area Hospitals

Orders made by 4.00pm (Canberra Time) can be delivered direct to patients in any hospital ward within Canberra, Australia by 7.00pm the same day. 

Returns Policy
Short answer is yes - you can return your gown so there is no risk purchasing on line. We take great pride in the quality of our products. In addition to your statutory rights, if an item is defective we will replace it at no charge. 

You may return new, un-used gowns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Please send any defective item in its original (as received) state, with all labels attached, to the return address listed on our site with an explanation of the defect.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Do I have to Order On-line?

No, you can email or phone us to make an order. Please do not email your credit card details. We will phone you to confirm payment.

We use 'PayPal' as well as a secure payment gateway, fully PCI/DSS accredited on-line payment system, which is integrated with our shopping cart. This provides you with industry accredited internet security and means that we do not keep any of your credit card details within our website. You can also direct debit to our bank account.
